POSITION SUMMARY

Access One is seeking a well-rounded, versatile, and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual should be a “Jack of all trades,” with experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines and a proven track record of leading successful campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and executing both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, from content creation, social media management and digital marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Expert in digital marketing platforms: Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Proven success in building, launching, and optimizing email marketing and drip campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all channels including digital, print, social media and email.
  • Plan, execute, measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Lead market research and customer insights to inform strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and handling media inquiries.
