Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Function as a Strategic business leader of the Marketing for the hotel and alignment with the brand strategy. Develop and/or maintain and improve relations with all media agencies, influencers and key stakeholders Provide market intelligence in evaluating the Market and economic trends that may lead to changes in communication Strategy Determine and develop Marketing Communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications. Manage Marketing Consulting Agency teams, Brand Marketing, and Campaign Management initiatives Work with F&B and Wellness Teams to develop and implement a robust marketing and events calendar Creation of content for hotel social media pages in alignment with brand guildelines Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Minimum 8 years of experience of which at least 2 years in similar role. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. Successful Pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage Goa work experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Strong process orientation; Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills; Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box; Understanding of Digital Technology and social platforms Strong Public relationship management & Networking Skills Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
