Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in this unique tropical setting. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives Lead the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Oversee the development of compelling content for various marketing materials, including website, social media, and promotional collateral Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and local businesses Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches where appropriate Ensure all marketing initiatives are culturally sensitive and resonate with both local and international audiences Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies Strong command of brand communication tools and platforms Excellent skills in media relations, press release writing, event planning, and content creation Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media management and email marketing Experience in managing the design and production of marketing collaterals Familiarity with basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and marketing metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese would be advantageous Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring teams Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse, international environment Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry would be beneficial Willingness to embrace the local culture and contribute to the community in Phu Quoc Additional Information What awaits you...
