Job Description Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue for the luxury hotel Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to develop an overall marketing strategy that supports the hotel's business objectives Manage the hotel's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives Develop and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth Work with internal stakeholders to create and distribute effective collateral materials, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials Develop and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to drive occupancy and revenue during low season periods Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively Manage the marketing budget and make recommendations for how to allocate resources to maximize ROI Qualifications We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong communication and project management skills Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative and effective marketing campaigns Experience managing social media channels and email marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing marketing data to make data-driven recommendations Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies Demonstrated ability to manage a marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information Being a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
