Description Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will be a motivated and passionate individual who will provide marketing strategies for our organization. As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Leadership Team, Sales Division, Purchasing Team, and Vendors to create valuable content to promote Acorn Distributors, Inc brand, products, and services. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations: · Provide leadership and direction to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator · Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align promotional strategies · Develop and manage annual marketing budget · Collaborate with vendors on monthly, quarterly and annual sales Incentives · Play an integral role in developing an overall marketing strategy that leads to the overall growth of the company · Lead large scale projects such as website design, training, marketing, and onboarding programs · Implement and manage the vendor marketing program · Provide insight into developing plans to increase market exposure · Recap and manage the financials tied to the marketing program, events and meetings · Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns · Create, design, and proof social and print campaigns · Assist in the coordination of monthly sales meetings, promotions, events, and outings · Attend industry trade shows Preferred Skills: · Self-starter that can produce consistent results in a fast paced, deadline driven environment · Attention to detail and multitasking · Exceptional communication and time management skills · High level of motivation working with a team or independently Working Conditions: · Hybrid work schedule – 3 days a week in office, 2 days home office · Travel required consistently in and out of state · Driving to and from customer locations as well as our internal locations · Consistently standing and walking while at company events and/or customer locations · Able to lift 30lbs to help customers and sales with product movement · Continuous use of computer and telephone functions Education and Work Experience Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields or equivalent experience preferred · At least two (2) year’s experience in Marketing or Business required · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation · Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite software
