We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive engagement with our platforms, and ultimately support our clients and audience in finding the best career and training opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
  • 1+ years in marketing management, ideally in education, media, or recruitment.
  • Proficient in digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, CMS, CRM, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Skilled in developing data-driven, goal-aligned strategies.
  • Strong writing and verbal skills; effective team and partner communicator.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and open to new ideas.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Careermap Media Group’s services, events, and products.
  • Identify target audiences and new markets to drive brand growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all channels and campaigns.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing) and track key performance metrics.
  • Lead social media strategy with engaging content to build brand loyalty and community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content on career pathways and industry insights.
  • Coordinate with external contributors (educators, professionals) to attract and retain users.
  • Build and manage relationships with education providers, employers, and influencers.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach and generate revenue.
  • Plan and promote online events (webinars, fairs, workshops) with effective outreach and promotional assets.
  • Conduct market research and analyse feedback to refine strategies and identify growth areas.
  • Manage the marketing budget for optimal ROI and resource allocation.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to leadership on performance, challenges, and recommendations.
