Job Description
As a Marketing Manager at BeMySocial, you will lead the creation and execution of strategic, advertising-focused marketing campaigns to elevate client brands and drive measurable results. With a heavy emphasis on advertising, you’ll spearhead innovative campaigns across multiple channels, blending creative vision with analytical expertise. You’ll work closely with clients and our global team to deliver advertisements that captivate and engage diverse audiences. This ‘in office role requires a fixed schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, to ensure seamless collaboration with our UK-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advertising-centric marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and emerging platforms, including formats like programmatic advertising, AR/VR, and interactive storytelling.
  • Partner with clients to define advertising objectives, craft detailed creative briefs, and present high-impact campaign proposals and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and video producers, to ensure advertisements align with brand standards and deliver compelling messaging.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, programmatic platforms) to track advertising performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of advertising trends, integrating innovative approaches like AI-driven ad targeting, Web3 integrations, or new social platforms to enhance campaign impact.
  • Manage advertising budgets, campaign timelines, and project documentation using tools like Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, with a strong emphasis on advertising, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
  • Deep expertise in advertising strategies and execution across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), programmatic advertising, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading virtual client meetings and pitching innovative advertising concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize advertising performance.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp).
  • Familiarity with design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma) is a plus but not required.
