Marketing Manager, Advisor Experience – Transitions & Onboarding How does the role impact the organization? We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Advisor Experience team, with a specialized focus on supporting new advisors transitioning to Raymond James. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to the corporate transitions team, helping onboard advisors by delivering tailored, high-impact marketing solutions that accelerate their integration and brand presence within the firm. You’ll collaborate across our in-house marketing team and other stakeholders—spanning design, digital, social media, media relations, corporate content, supervision, compliance, and branch managers—to deliver seamless, integrated marketing experiences that reflect the Raymond James brand and drive measurable engagement and lead-generation results for advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for a high organized and adaptable marketing professional with a passion for client service to make a meaningful impact in the growing wealth management space. What will your role be responsible for? Serve as the primary marketing liaison for transitioning advisors—presenting our marketing offering and then guiding them through onboarding; to help them establish a strong brand presence from day one; As central project management lead – you’ll partner closely with the corporate transitions team and our internal design and digital teams to align integrated marketing support with onboarding milestones and advisor readiness in the initial months they have joined; Act as a brand steward, reviewing and advising on edits to advisor marketing materials to reflect creative and copy best practices, and alignment with brand and compliance standards; Provide strategic marketing guidance to advisors, collaborating with subject matter experts to help them position their practices in a professional, client-centric, and differentiated way; Analyze advisor onboarding needs and marketing trends to identify scalable solutions, workflow improvements, and creative opportunities; and Collaborate with other Advisor Experience team members to support advisor training and enablement, including onboarding toolkits and quarterly training sessions What can you expect from us? To qualify for this opportunity you possess: 3 –5 years of progressive professional marketing experience, ideally in a hybrid of agency and in-house roles; Experience in financial services (ideally wealth management) or professional services is strongly preferred; A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred; Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders; Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English is a must, with the ability to effectively articulate and present ideas to senior team members and advisors. Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $85,000-100,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
