EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 10 years of marketing experience in different industries (desired background in consumer industry)
  • Desired international experience in commercial roles.
  • Strong decision making and influence of other areas of the business to drive innovation and plans for category growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of business issues faced by Kimberly-Clark, and mission/goals of the transformation.
  • Project Management of innovation projects and design strategies to develop categories.
  • Advanced English level
Responsibilities
  • Ensure execution of brand plans within 1 year initiative for the geographies
  • Validate accuracy of playbooks to appropriate portfolio & language per geography.
  • Provide adapted content & claims into Spanish for region.
  • Work along with Trade Marketing local teams to ensure execution of Commercial Programs.
  • Monitor and understand drivers of category KPIs evolution.
  • Ensure executions & amplifications bring brand purpose to life.
  • Craft & align agency details & fees.
  • Control and optimize budget.
  • Support and complement playbooks with any needed creative content. Mainly social & use of influencers/key opinion leaders.
  • Lead the execution of POME/POBA playbooks, leveraging local experts/opinion leaders.
