Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be a strategic leader, driving brand growth and market presence across B2B and B2C channels. You will shape and deliver innovative marketing strategies for both our own brands and agency partners, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
Working closely with senior leadership team, you will lead a talented marketing team, manage key internal and external relationships, and spearhead initiatives that strengthen our digital and physical presence in the market. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a marketing professional who thrives on delivering creative campaigns, building brand equity, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the development and execution of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, aligning all activities with commercial objectives.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI, and provide insights to guide future decisions.
  • Strengthen our digital presence through website management, social media channels, targeted email campaigns, and data-driven strategies.
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials, packaging, and promotional assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and deliver events, including major trade shows and consumer activations, from concept to post-event review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, agency partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
