POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager & AI Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Acoem’s environmental products within the US market. Key product areas include air quality, noise and vibration monitoring, tunnel sensors, and meteorology. This role will oversee both traditional and digital marketing efforts, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. A key component of this position involves leading the integration of AI marketing technologies, including webstore development and the deployment of AI-powered customer portal bots. The specialist will manage projects, translate strategic concepts into actionable campaigns, generate customer insights, and refine marketing content, collaborating closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in content strategy, lead generation, and nurture campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing participation in industry trade shows and events.
  • Proven track record in managing product marketing mixes and product marketing management concepts/methods.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with AIdriven tools for content generation, personalization, campaign optimization, and realtime data analysis, including prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in managing a comprehensive digital marketing tech stack, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and web analytics tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and report on digital marketing performance, with a keen ability to use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer experiences.
