THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Sydney team. This hands-on role balances strategic planning with content creation and campaign execution to grow brand awareness and generate leads. It requires proven experience managing multi-channel marketing, while leveraging AI-driven tools to amplify content creation, campaign optimisation, and engagement.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to shape the narrative for real estate professionals — showing them what’s possible beyond legacy systems and convincing them of a smarter, service-driven future. It’s about building belief and driving customer growth: turning product updates into proof points, customer stories into social proof, and campaigns into momentum that grows demand and shifts an entire industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategise and run integrated campaigns across digital channels that build awareness and generate demand, differentiating Ailo in the competitive landscape
  • Create compelling content that draws on our thought leadership, customer stories, and product evolution to demonstrate the value of Ailo, expand our share of voice, and drive growth.
  • Own our social media channels end-to-end (organic and paid), ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our disruptive narrative, builds community with real estate professionals, and contributes to demand generation.
  • Build and execute email nurture campaigns that expand our audience, educate the market, and convert interest into new business opportunities.
  • Amplify our brand-led events and activate our presence at key industry events to build brand affinity, generate pipeline, and reinforce our position as the future of the industry.
  • Manage website updates and optimisation to improve engagement and conversion
  • Use AI tools and analytics to inform content development, campaign optimisation, and audience engagement.
