JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Marketing Manager to lead our travel agency marketing initiatives and drive growth in our e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in travel industry marketing, with expertise in SEO, analytics, in-person client interaction marketing, and product management. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop effective travel marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a travel marketing role with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Travel Industry experience required either with travel agency or with other travel related organizations.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and SEO best practices for travel agencies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with product management processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in WordPress for design tasks; knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and bring in business with new clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field to travel preferred.
  • TICO certification is required.

    Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Engage with new clients, including solo travelers, couples, and group travelers, generating leads and cultivating potential future customers.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive travel marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations, ensuring optimal user experience and high conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify travel trends, customer travel needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising and other relevant platforms.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance and derive actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and launches for travel packages and services.
  • Create engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and website updates using WordPress.
  • Design marketing materials using WordPress to support promotional efforts.
  • Monitor budgets for marketing activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to report on effectiveness and suggest improvements.
