JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Marketing Manager with expertise in CRM systems and technical writing. The successful candidate will lead and manage marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives while also producing clear and accurate technical content to support internal and external communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven CRM management and technical writing responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Mailchimp)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for technical and marketing content
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to support company goals and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to enhance customer experience and drive targeted campaigns
  • Monitor CRM data to identify trends, segment audiences, and personalize outreach
  • Create and manage technical documentation including product manuals, user guides, knowledge base content, and whitepapers
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure accurate and effective messaging
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads
  • Develop content aligned with brand messaging, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms
  • Coordinate with vendors and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Prepare regular reports on CRM performance, customer engagement, and marketing ROI
