Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening brand identity, and enhancing the company’s market presence across Dubai and the wider UAE real estate sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience with a real estate development background in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in branding, marketing analysis, and achieving marketing objectives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet business goals.
  • Must prefer for immediate joiner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in Marketing.
  • Established network of vendors and marketing agencies.
  • Proven experience in real estate development project marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and market positioning.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
  • Manage customer engagement activities to strengthen relationships, increase loyalty, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Coordinate marketing events, property launches, exhibitions, and open houses to maximize exposure.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with UAE real estate laws, advertising standards, and regulatory requirements.
