JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, develop brand strategies, and execute campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and proven experience in delivering impactful marketing results.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and manage advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement to drive sales growth and enhance the company’s market presence across Dubai and the wider UAE.
• At least 5-7 years of marketing experience with a real estate development
• background in the UAE.
• In depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate development market and customer
• behavior.
• Proficiency with branding, analysis and marketing objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve business objectives.
