In this leadership role, you’ll develop and execute impactful strategies to promote our products, services, and brand to key customers and industry partners—while ensuring a consistent and professional image across all internal and external touchpoints.
You’ll combine creativity with commercial acumen, working cross-functionally with teams like sales, operations, engineering, aftermarket and procurement, and managing key external relationships and suppliers to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, analysing performance, reporting ROI, and recommending future actions.
  • Own the annual video strategy, including budgeting, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and secure asset management.
  • Champion brand consistency and visual identity across all marketing channels, physical assets, and customer-facing materials.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth and capability development.
  • Oversee global event project management, delivering high-impact events across the UK, North America, and Asia Pacific.
  • Provide strategic input into marketing initiatives, including quarterly updates for Executive Directors.
  • Track and analyse marketing budgets, collaborating with Finance department to ensure accurate spend management.
  • Lead flagship marketing projects, ensuring high visibility and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage customer engagement touchpoints, including events, video content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with NFI Group marketing teams, adapting and sharing centralised materials for local markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring quality, consistency, and value across creative, event, and media services.
  • Model company values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
