Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to promote WCP products and services to target market segments. This includes creating compelling content such as emails, social posts, and brochures, as well as designing supporting marketing assets to drive subscriber growth.
You will employ best practices in areas like SEO, paid advertising, and analytics to optimize our online discoverability, acquire new audiences on social platforms, and track campaign performance.
Core responsibilities also include maintaining our CRM and contact databases for promotions, upholding brand guidelines, setting KPIs, and managing campaign expenses and marketing budgets.
Overall, this role will oversee the end-to-end strategy and tactics needed to promote our brand, generate engagement, nurture our community, and quantify marketing impact over time.
