Reporting into the Director, EMEA Central Marketing, you will partner with, and influence, the Regional Sales Directors to build data-driven plans supporting Platformization and regional sales strategies to drive exponential growth in this market segment. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning and influencing at senior leadership levels, field and channel marketing experience - and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated regional marketing plans for the Alps and CEE region, based on the marketing strategy and fully aligned with business objectives and Go-to-Market (GTM) prioritiesDrive omnichannel campaigns that create connected customer journeys — combining digital, social, and in-person experiences to generate new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships across key accounts and buying centersPlan and execute online and offline events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to engage strategic audiences, elevate brand visibility, and support business-critical dealsCollaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors, EMEAL Marketing Leadership, and partners to ensure strong alignment, business impact, and seamless execution across direct and indirect routes to marketEnable and support channel partners by co-developing joint marketing plans, managing co-marketing investments (MDF), and ensuring effective marketing attribution and ROI measurement through deal registration and pipeline trackingLeverage AI tools and insights to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and content personalization, driving measurable pipeline contributionAnalyze and report marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize investments and continuously improve resultsAct as an ambassador and evangelist for Palo Alto Networks’ marketing strategy — building trusted relationships with sales teams, partners, and thought-leadership communities to enhance regional impactQualificationsRequired Qualifications5+ of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or another fast-paced environment, covering both field and channel marketingProven ability to plan and execute integrated and omnichannel campaigns, combining digital, social, and in-person experiences that deliver measurable business outcomesExperience in partner and demand generation programs, including co-marketing planning, MDF management, and campaign ROI trackingUnderstanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and C-level engagement tacticsHands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and analytics to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and personalizationStrong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyCollaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across sales, channel, and marketing teamsData-driven approach with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and reporting dashboardsFluent in English and German; additional CEE languages are a plusA proactive, hands-on attitude with curiosity to learn, adapt, and innovate in a constantly evolving marketing environmentAdditional InformationOur Commitment We’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
