Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from a Canadian institution, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in market channel development in Canada; candidates with extensive offline event organization and promotion experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Canadian immigration programs and policies, such as EE, PNP, LMIA, RNIP, and SUV.
  • Strong market sensitivity and analytical skills; candidates with local employer resources will be given priority.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Rednote, Tiktalk, and WeChat Official Accounts.
  • Strong market insight and trend analysis capabilities, with the ability to accurately identify and capitalize on market trends and hot topics.
  • Candidates with existing Canadian business resources and connections are preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and manage various market channels, including agents, distributors, and business partners.
  • Expand market reach through social networks, including but not limited to: social media platforms (Rednote, Tiktalk, WeChat Official Accounts, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and institutions (such as international departments/centers of schools, language schools, private banking divisions, law firms, real estate agencies, etc.).
  • Leverage company and personal resources to establish industry and cross-industry channels in Canada to enhance market coverage.
  • Evaluate channel partners’ performance, optimize channel structures, and develop and implement market expansion plans aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Analyze customer data to identify potential business opportunities and improve customer conversion rates.
  • Participate in market promotion activities (such as exhibitions, salons, and online marketing) to attract more potential clients.
