Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Canadian degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (online & offline), with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media advertising (Canadian + Chinese platforms).
  • Knowledge of immigration programs (EE, PNP, LMIA, RNIP, SUV, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to capture industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
  • Candidates with local employer resources or industry networks will be prioritized.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel expansion strategies aligned with business needs (online + offline).
  • Plan, organize, and execute offline promotional events (school fairs, info sessions, etc.) to strengthen brand presence.
  • Build partnerships with institutions (schools, language centers, law firms, real estate agencies, banks, etc.) and expand cross-industry networks in Canada.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin/TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Maintain and enhance existing channel relationships while identifying new opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market data, prepare reports, and share insights on industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business development.
