AIAA, the world’s largest aerospace professional society, is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated campaigns that elevate our programs, events, and partnerships across aviation, space, and defense.
In this key role, reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate across departments to shape and deliver data-informed marketing strategies that increase engagement, drive revenue, and strengthen the AIAA brand.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with nonprofit, association, and/or B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to travel occasionally (minimal travel required)

Responsibilities

  • Craft Effective Messaging: Write compelling, audience-specific promotional copy that aligns with brand standards and organizational goals.
  • Leverage Data for Results: Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal reports to track performance, generate insights, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with design, communications, IT, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and consistent branding.
  • Manage Production: Oversee creative development and asset fulfillment across digital and print channels, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and identify opportunities for growth.
