JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a enthusiastic and creative Marketing and PR specialist to join our team. We are at a prime time in our development to really emphasise and build our branding and platforms. We would like someone who can create, maintain and create a footprint in social media, using things such as linkedin, Instagram, facebook, youtube and more. We need this traffic to feed through our website, which thanks to the candidate placed in this role will be equally creative and entice the customers with 3D imagery, and really sharing our output vision. The ideal candidate will envision our goals and work along side the project manager on how we can deliver on visibility. PR experience is also desirable.
Core Responsibilities:
· Working with developers to create a user friendly website, with site wide branding
· Creating a ‘community’ behind the brand
· Creating and scheduling content for social media, including tiktoks, youtube, linkedin
· Creating promotional material ready for website product launch
· Building a ‘bank of materials’ for things such as blog posts and newsletters
· Grow follower base and engagement
· Developing partnerships and relationships with people who can be deemed to influence the brand
· Being consistent, organised, effective
Experience:
· A background in a medical science field would be beneficial but not essential
· Social media growth and platform enhancement
· Monitoring new and upcoming marketing trends, along with those that are dying out.
· Successful social media and website content delivery
Writing blogs/press releases and working alongside a PR company for a wide reach.
· Delivering pipelines
Skills Required:
· Excellent Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accurately
· Strong attention to detail
· Creative
· Use of digital and social platforms and softwares
· Collaborative, used to working with external companies
· Ability to work independently and part of a team
Additional Information:
· Salary DOE
· Hours of work can be discussed in interview
· Hybrid working model, will require occasional office work
