POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in one of the firm’s regional offices. This role is pivotal in driving business development through proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. The RMM will work closely with practice leaders and marketing coordinators to develop compelling content and ensure alignment with firm-wide goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally within the design or professional services industry.
• Strong proposal management and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (testing required), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems.
