Job Summary Caterpillar’s Building Construction Products division (BCP) is seeking a dynamic, strategic commercial leader to shape the growth of our compact and mid-sized equipment portfolio across our Asia Pacific region. Works directly with internal and external commercial teams in implementing technical marketing and communications materials and customer-tailored offers to attain maximum effectiveness and results while delivering an exceptional customer experience over the ownership lifecycle of our products. What You Will Do Developing and executing growth strategies that balance sales with a strong customer experience; monitoring trends for new service offerings and contributing to product and service development. Promoting products and services across physical and digital channels to re-engage dormant customers and attract new ones. Collaborating with product, service development, and market research managers to determine demand and develop detailed marketing strategies. Identifying and implementing new processes to expand parts and service solutions. What You Will Have Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Facilitates creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues.
