We are a growing Winchester-based marketing agency and are looking for a marketing manager to join our team to work on and manage the marketing activities for a collection of B2B and B2C clients.
This is a full-time role and ideal for someone looking to develop their career in marketing.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role and at least one year in marketing management.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated individual, who is a good communicator, with great organisational skills, a good eye for detail and comfortable working directly with clients. The role is perfect for someone looking for an opportunity to expand their marketing expertise and knowledge, whilst becoming an important member of the team.
The role will involve a variety of marketing tasks, including:
Applicants are required to have a knowledge of Office 365 and will be required to use a variety of CRM software and website Content Management Systems. A knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite tools would be of benefit too, but not essential.
The starting salary is £30,000 per annum. Other benefits include: hybrid-working (3 days in the office, 2 at home), holiday (plus an additional days holiday for each year of service), company pension and regular office away days (past events include climbing the O2, the Crystal Maze Experience, Rib Treasure Hunt on the Solent, a trip up Snowdon, CSI Experience and fine dining at 5* hotels).
Own transport and a valid driving license are necessary due to our rural location.
