Euro Motors is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager (Automotive) to join our expanding team. Based in Sitrah, Bahrain, this is a Full-Time role where you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our automotive division. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical leader, passionate about the automotive industry, and dedicated to enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and contributing to our continued growth. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the objectives of the automotive division. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and traditional marketing (print, events, public relations). Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, analyse competitor activities, and understand customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies. Oversee the creation of compelling and brand-consistent marketing materials and content across all platforms. Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and internal departments. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns and activities deliver a strong return on investment. Analyse marketing campaign performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate closely with the sales and service departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and to create a seamless customer journey. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or a similar industry Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
