Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across ANZ to drive pipeline and revenue, in line with the North America Marketing strategy
  • Own full-funnel campaign planning from awareness through conversion, aligned to regional goals and sales plays
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define audience segments, territory priorities, and lead qualification criteria
  • Design integrated campaigns across channels including digital, paid media, ABM, email nurture, and content syndication
  • Leverage global campaign assets and localisze as needed to ensure regional relevance and impact
  • Partner with the digital team to execute campaigns across all digital and social platforms, including paid, organic, and SEO
  • Track, measure, and optimisze marketing performance using PowerBI, 6sense, and marketing automation platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with content, brand, and product marketing to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency for both channel (SI/VAR and MSP) and direct
  • Contribute to the growth of AvePoint’s pipeline and brand presence in the ANZ region through innovative marketing approaches

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and campaign strategy
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ enterprise technology market and buyer behavior
  • Proven track record of managing full-funnel programs and driving measurable pipeline impact
  • Experience with digital advertising, ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in a global marketing environmen
