Our client, is a fast-growing brand serving both B2B and D2C markets. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance across digital, e-commerce, and offline channels.
This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–6 years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on growth, digital, or brand strategy.
  • Background in manufacturing, print, apparel, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing and visual communication skills for content and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work with budgets, KPIs, and ROI tracking.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or analytics (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.) are a strong asset.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent work experience considered).

  • Manage and optimize paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Set, track, and report on ad budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Drive SEO improvements through audits, keyword research, on-page updates, and link-building.
  • Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to boost conversion rates.
  • Partner with the e-commerce team to enhance website UX and sales performance.
  • Ensure product listings remain accurate and updated.
  • Plan, segment, and deliver email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Build customer journeys for new, repeat, and inactive customers.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creator partners; respond to community interactions.
  • Coordinate trade shows, pop-ups, and other in-person marketing events.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and industry groups.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and junior staff as needed.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and advertising standards.
