REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing in fashion/retail and Pop-Up events
  • Extensive local network in UK and commitment to long-term regional development. Experience in cross border e-commerce operations is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills and familiarity with UK market trends and culture.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills. Mature experience in merchant marketing systems and methodologies.
  • Experience in launching new projects (0 to 1) and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in marketing and performance management.
Responsibilities
  • As the UK Marketing Manager, develop and implement growth plans based on the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee promotional plans to meet operational needs, aligning with the company’s business model to achieve marketing goals and conversion targets.
  • Analyse user profiles, manage user acquisition, oversee customer experience, and develop customer management systems.
  • Establish management protocols, monitor team performance against targets, and adjust operational strategies as needed.
  • Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of Pop-Up and/or new store openings to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.
