Offset8 is an emissions investment and management group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Offset8 seeks to finance nature-based solutions and carbon market infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia.
As the Middle East’s first dedicated carbon market investment group, we are building a leading global institution in voluntary and compliance carbon markets. We seek to unlock financing for natural capital by acting as a global decarbonization partner for corporates and as a local steward for nature and communities.
We are expanding our marketing and communications team and are seeking a Full-Time Marketing Manager to join Offset8 in a hybrid or remote capacity, with potential for full-time promotion. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional to build and execute our content, digital presence, and brand positioning in global carbon markets.
As Marketing Manager, you will own Offset8’s content calendar, support client-facing and investor materials, develop lead generation campaigns, and manage our presence across digital channels.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or content creation (experience in climate, finance, or sustainability sectors preferred).
  • Strong writing, copy-editing, and storytelling skills with attention to visual identity.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking tools.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
