POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to help amplify our mission and accelerate growth across key B2B sectors. You’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital and physical channels.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with deep HubSpot experience, a talent for storytelling, and a passion for purpose-led work. You’ll craft compelling campaigns, optimize the sales funnel, and champion our message to audiences who care deeply about food, sustainability, and wellness. You will play a critical role in managing Babylon Micro-Farms’ marketing presence across various digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in all communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in AgTech, food systems, or sustainability-focused companies.
  • Expertise with HubSpot for CRM, email automation, campaign workflows, and reporting.
  • Track record of building marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with marketing to food service, hospitality, education, healthcare, or similar industries.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical or operational content into compelling narratives.
  • Design tools experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation. Ideally, video editing and production skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
  • Proficiency in managing websites (WordPress or similar), basic SEO principles, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot reports).
  • Proven ability to quickly learn, adopt, and maximize both new and existing marketing tools to scale processes, improve efficiency, and drive results in a lean team environment.
  • Passion for sustainability, food systems, and driving mission-driven impact through marketing.
