REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in the automotive parts or aftermarket sector serving global markets.
  • Proven track record in B2B global or regional marketing, managing distributors and campaigns beyond the GCC.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge—SEO, PPC, social media, email automation, CRM tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities; bilingual English and Arabic preferred.
  • Experience in managing small teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external agencies or agencies/vendors.
  • Strategic, creative problem-solver with strong project management and leadership traits.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience operating in global trade markets, export channels, or working within multinational automotive networks.
  • Knowledge of automotive aftermarket dynamics: OEM vs independent parts, pricing, remanufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the marketing activities for our business—both locally in the UAE and across international markets. This role involves defining strategy, running impactful campaigns, and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive products across global distributor networks and channel segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop & execute marketing strategies for the automotive parts portfolio (e.g. spare parts, accessories, components), aligning regional and global market objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and target customer needs across UAE, GCC, and export markets.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns—digital, SEO/PPC, social media, email marketing—and adapt tactics for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, OEMs, dealers, and after‑market partners globally.
  • Support product launches and promotional initiatives—coordinate collateral, training materials, dealer communications, and events.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, KPI metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across markets and campaigns.
  • Supervise content creation and brand storytelling, in both English and Arabic as appropriate, to build identity and customer loyalty.
