JOB SUMMARY

Our client in the Real Estate Industry needs a Marketing, Creative & Communications Manager who will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing the company’s overall marketing, creative, and communications strategy across the organization and its sister businesses. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and enhancing the company’s presence in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high-impact marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, exceptional creative direction capabilities, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The candidate will take on key leadership responsibilities – leading a team of three marketing/creative professionals, spearheading innovative initiatives, and ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of its industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience (with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity) in marketing, preferably in real estate or other related industries.

Portfolio: Must submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating past work, including:

  • Marketing campaign examples
  • Design work samples
  • Content creation examples
  • Social media campaign results
  • Brand development projects

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and template customization tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
  • Expert-level experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management platforms).
  • Ability to conduct market research and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer behaviour.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for design and aesthetics

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market is highly desirable.
Certifications: Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing certifications) are an added advantage

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
