WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Is hands-on , email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
• Experience managing Meta ads with a proven ability to set up, optimise, and drive growth through conversion focused campaigns, while effectively able to manage budgets and use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).to maximise ROI.
• Is skilled at creating, analysing, and reporting on performance to inform strategy.
• Is confident in front of the camera to create engaging video content.
• Has some experience with influencer marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Possesses strong organisational skills and is comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Would be happy to lead a small growing team
• Weekend work involved – flexibility is key!
