Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own the beauty retail customer and marketing calendar, driving seasonal, promotional and always-on campaigns that build brand strength, drive sales and elevate the customer experience. You’ll lead campaign planning and delivery across paid, owned and earned channels - briefing agencies, managing suppliers and partnering closely cross-functionally to ensure activity is aligned and executed seamlessly in-store and online. You’ll also deliver marketing plans for new store launches, including paid media, POS, brand activations and launch events. You’ll also help shape the trade planning with the working group and VM strategy, guiding monthly POS programs and innovative solutions. You’ll coach and develop a direct report, strengthening processes and driving continuous improvement to increase pace, quality and impact.   If you’re passionate about beauty retail and ready to shape the next evolution of our retail experience, we’d love to hear from you.   What You’ll Bring:   Several years of experience in marketing within retail, preferably beauty retail Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven ability to balance strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution Strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape and consumer behaviour Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for cost-effective outcomes Exposure to visual merchandising and in-store activation preferred Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset   Why us?   Access to employee benefits across Wesfarmers including team member discounts at Bunnings, Kmart, Target, Officeworks, OnePass, Priceline and Clear Skincare Clinics.
