POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a solid background in industrial B2B marketing—specifically within oil & gas, mining, energy, or heavy equipment sectors.
Please note: Only applicants with relevant industry experience will be considered.
This is a hands-on position. Beyond strategic planning and digital coordination, the Marketing Manager will be expected to create content, manage physical and digital materials, handle distributor outreach, and support daily marketing operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in a relevant industrial sector (oil & gas, mining, energy, manufacturing, or heavy equipment).
  • Proven track record in international marketing and distributor/channel development.
  • Strong writing and technical storytelling ability (case studies, white papers, blog content).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing asset management, trade show logistics, and partner communications.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and web analytics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
    Education: University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
    Other: Travel is required to attend and conduct presentations at events and to visit customers’ sites.

  • Update and maintain marketing assets—PDFs, business cards, signboards, posters—both physical and electronic.
  • Contact current and former distributors to update agreements, confirm engagement, and explore opportunities.
  • Proactively follow up with existing and potential partners via email and phone.
