ABOUT US
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and enhance our marketing activities while supporting the company’s business growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation: Define strategic goals and plan customer-focused campaigns in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Marketing Specialist Coordination: Manage and oversee the work of the marketing specialist.
- Content Management: Create articles, blog posts, case studies, and client interviews, while planning and executing social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Social Media Management: Develop content calendars, manage posts, monitor results, and optimize performance.
- Website Oversight and Maintenance: Coordinate content updates and collaborate with the development team to keep the website current.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with photographers, graphic designers, and videographers; plan creative concepts and ensure proper art direction.
- Event Organization: Manage external conferences, exhibitions, client events, and workshops, including stand design, company representation, speaker support, and participant management.
- Merchandise Development: Create graphic materials and oversee printing to meet sales and HR team needs.
- Internal Communication and Employer Branding Support: Write, edit, and manage newsletters and social media content under the guidance of the HR Director.
- Sales Support and Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors, gather and analyze data, define unique selling points, and execute campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- LinkedIn Campaigns and Profile Management: Handle campaign planning, filtering, contact nurturing, international campaigns, post creation, and profile updates.
- Presentation and One-Pager Updates: Enhance visuals and content to align with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Client Campaigns: Plan and execute unique campaigns, continuously supporting sales team activities.
- HR and Recruitment Support: Write and post job advertisements, manage social media ads, edit visuals.
