We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Liverpool Team, due to the demands of an expanding portfolio. This role will be based in Liverpool City Centre offices on Old Hall Street.
The right applicant will have experience and skills in:
- Managing online property portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, etc. Uploading new adverts and editing old ones when needed.
- Taking high quality marketing pictures and videos of properties for sale and to let.
- Taking virtual tour videos using Matterport software.
- Thinking of creative marketing campaigns to generate leads and interest for various schemes in and around Liverpool.
- Tracking where leads are coming from and producing regular reports.
- Engaging with external companies with regards to PR campaigns, social media and SEO campaigns.
- Dressing of apartments prior images being taken and prior viewings.
- Some social media platform management.
- Create branded physical documents (e.g. brochures, welcome packs, newsletters) and digital marketing collateral.
- Oversee and manage the company website (WordPress), from content and layout to UX, SEO and performance.
- Oversee HubSpot CRM workflows, automated lists, segmentation and email marketing campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing or Lettings: 1 year (required)
