JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE: Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Business Development & Marketing Director
SALARY: Subject to experience/ Competitive salary
HOURS: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
LOCATION: Cheadle, Greater Manchester – Site based and office working

As we expand our services, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to drive our growth and reach, while helping us deliver on our vision of making mental health support accessible to all children and young people.


Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding bMindful Psychology’s services and presence in the UK. Working closely with the Business Director and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance our brand, and increase engagement with families, schools, local authorities and social care organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing company with a meaningful mission.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, or similar sector
  • Proven success in driving organisational growth and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of the child and adolescent mental health sector is a strong advantage.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to challenges. ____________
