MARKETING MANAGER – BRAIN HEALTH CLINIC

We are a breakthrough clinic with proprietary technology that reverses dementia and strengthens the brain for a range of indications including Alzheimer’s, stroke recovery, Parkinson’s, and cognitive-motor health. We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is not only skilled in marketing strategy, but also entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-driven — someone who can create their own roadmap to success and deliver measurable growth.
This role is laser-focused on patient acquisition, with a clear throughput target of 100 new patients per month. Every activity must be tied to this mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, think like an entrepreneur, and create success without micromanagement.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, and growth strategies.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex science.
  • Relationship-builder with a track record of partnerships that generate measurable results.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals.

  • Transform complex neuro-health outcomes into compelling, patient-facing messaging.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on measurable patient acquisition.
  • Develop, edit, and optimize ads; oversee third-party marketing firms to ensure campaigns align with goals.
  • Design and execute social media strategies that elevate awareness and credibility.
  • Partnership & Outreach
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and build relationships with non-profits, foundations, and referral partners that can send patients.
  • Develop new channels and partnerships creatively and independently.

  • Conduct outreach with past patients to arrange interviews, testimonials, and ongoing engagement for promotional use.
