Join our in house Marketing Team as Brand & Commercial Manager!

We operate leisure centres and wellbeing services across Cheshire East, and we’re proud to be at the heart of our communities. As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new role to our in-house marketing team: Brand & Commercial Manager.
As our Brand & Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our brand identity while driving commercial success. You’ll lead on brand strategy, market analysis, and sales performance - ensuring our messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, especially our sales and marketing teams, to deliver innovative campaigns and commercial initiatives that resonate with our diverse audiences.

As our Brand & Communications manager you will:

• Develop and implement forward-thinking brand strategies.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to inform commercial decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Lead promotional campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
• Represent the brand at community events and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure all branding activities reflect our values of trust, service, and inclusivity.

What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand management and commercial strategy.
Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing.
