Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Sitting at the central marketing layer, this role will be the engine behind Porter’s on-ground brand presence across our international geographies. You will be responsible for leading brand marketing initiatives—offline, BTL, ATL, merchandising, and other branding avenues—across all active and upcoming markets.
This is a highly collaborative and operational role, demanding coordination across countries, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will lead the charge in ensuring the Porter brand shows up consistently, creatively, and impactfully in every market we enter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement brand visibility strategies across international markets.
  • Oversee all offline marketing channels including BTL, ATL, events, and merchandising.
  • Manage and standardize execution playbooks for in-market marketing teams.
  • Build and lead a team of brand marketers across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, content, and local operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Own vendor management for production, printing, logistics, and installations across markets.
  • Ensure all branding efforts comply with local laws, permissions, and licensing regulations.
  • Establish KPIs to track effectiveness of campaigns and optimize continuously.
  • Maintain high levels of consistency, quality, and innovation in brand representation.
