The Brand Marketing Manager, Offline Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all non-digital (offline) marketing initiatives across our entire business portfolio. This role requires strategic leadership, strong team management, and detailed execution across events, BTL activities, and physical production for the brand. Key Responsibilities I. Offline Strategy & Execution Leadership Bring the brand to life through creative and impactful offline marketing strategies from annual plans to quarterly activations that inspire customers and drive business results. Lead the planning and execution of events, BTL campaigns, and physical advertising that strengthen brand awareness and directly support sales performance. Manage and optimize the offline marketing budget to ensure every campaign delivers measurable value and a strong return on investment. Track performance through key success metrics from lead quality and engagement to conversion impact and translate insights into continuous improvement. II. Team & Production Excellence Lead a passionate marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration across every project. Manage the full marketing production cycle from concept to delivery ensuring every piece of communication reflects the brand’s image and quality standards. Oversee design, printing, and logistics processes with precision, guaranteeing that every output is error-free, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand’s corporate identity. Act as the brand’s guardian, ensuring that every visual, message, and experience consistently reflects the company’s design and communication standards. Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional results under fast-paced and high-impact conditions. III. Brand & Market Activation Create memorable brand experiences through targeted BTL and experiential campaigns that engage customers, partners, and communities. Drive impactful in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and local marketing programs that elevate the customer journey and boost sales performance. Lead brand presence in exhibitions, trade shows, and community events, ensuring a consistent, premium, and engaging brand experience. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to turn marketing strategies into tangible business growth and customer loyalty. Requirements Who you are A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, passion for brand building and marketing innovation is a must. 7 to 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing a team and driving creative, high-impact offline campaigns. Proven experience in the automotive industry in Egypt with a strong understanding of customer behavior, dealer marketing, and brand positioning in the local market. A strong command of Offline Marketing channels from event planning and BTL activations to physical production and traditional media. A proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, including designers, marketing specialists, and production or logistics members. Deep understanding of Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD) principles, with the ability to uphold and champion brand standards across all touchpoints. Sharp project management and budgeting skills, coupled with the ability to negotiate and manage vendors, agencies, and production partners effectively. An exceptional eye for detail ensuring every printed piece, sign, or visual communication reflects excellence and accuracy. Full professional fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
