ABOUT THE ROLEWE ARE SEARCHING FOR A MARKETING SUPERSTAR!
We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer and customer experiences every single day.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge across our BrewDog bars, delivering bold, creative campaigns that drive footfall, revenue and engagement. This is a field-based role, with regular travel to our bars across the UK to get under the skin of each site, build strong relationships, and understand local opportunities.
The role reports into our Marketing Director for BrewDog Bars and works closely with our retail teams to execute marketing plans that support events, brand partnerships, and national campaigns—turning ideas into impact on the ground.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
YOU WILL HAVE A LOVE FOR GREAT BEER AND GETTING IT INTO THE HANDS OF AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE! EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE PASSION FOR BEER, BUT IF YOU’RE NOT THERE YET, DON’T WORRY—WE’LL TEACH YOU ALL ABOUT IT.
You’ll have a proven track record in retail, hospitality or experiential marketing, with experience running campaigns, activations and partnerships that drive commercial results. You’ll be confident juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working cross-functionally across a wide range of teams.
You’ve got a strong grasp of marketing principles, brand building, and customer engagement. You’re comfortable with digital, social and paid media, and know how to bring a brand to life both online and in real life.
You’ll be a boundary-pusher, not afraid to bring bold ideas to the table and make them happen. You’ll be highly organised, brilliantly collaborative, and always focused on what makes a real difference in our bars.
Experience with challenger brands or in the FMCG world is a bonus—but what matters most is your creativity, drive and ability to deliver campaigns that get results.
Flexibility to travel and work the occasional evening or weekend is required.
