This is a parental leave substitution until September 2026.You will focus on driving sales growth through planning and implementing marketing activities to support sales strategy in Finland. You work closely with Finland’s sales team. Data and insights guide the creation of our marketing communications.You are proficient in the field of marketing communications and you can ideate and manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously, from grassroots to large-scale projects. Monitoring campaigns and marketing key figures, measuring effectiveness and leveraging analytics are your passions. It is crucial for you to understand customer needs and to form credible and compelling customer messages using data and analytics. In this role you will work with marketing automation and developing lead generation and content.In this role you will work closely with sales, other marketing teams and communication, data & insight, digital team, product management and other business related stakeholders.   • Planning, implementing, measuring, and ensuring the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns and activities in close collaboration with B2B sales
  • Strong emphasis in marketing automation and developing lead generation and content
  • Managing the marketing budget in Finland and allocating resources effectively
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including internal and external partners
Responsibilities
  • A Bachelor’s degree or preferably a higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar B2B roles, with a proven ability to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, including a strong ability to produce compelling marketing content in both languages.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing automation and content marketing.
  • Strong experience in content production, preferably several years in the field. You have a proven track record of creating diverse B2B marketing materials across various channels and understand how high-quality content engages the target audience and supports sales.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and a solid understanding of lead generation.
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with an independent and proactive working approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A responsible attitude with a safety-oriented mindset.
