POSITION SUMMARY

If you are creative, enjoy brand development and value a great team dynamic, Bulley & Andrews (B&A) has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer. One of the nation’s oldest and most accomplished construction firms with a diverse portfolio and an enviable reputation, B&A seeks a marketing professional to join our team. A strategic member of our staff, the marketing manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing purview for the production of best-in-class responses to RFPs and RFQs
  • Collaborating on the creation of winning presentations for shortlist interviews, both virtual and in-person, with an emphasis on strategic differentiation
  • Managing B&A’s social media channels including content creation and driving engagement
  • Overseeing production of corporate videos supporting our mission statement and core values
  • Managing corporate websites
  • Designing and creating marking collateral such as brochures, case studies and digital assets
  • Reviewing and approving content and graphics developed by the marketing team
  • Supporting the maintenance of CRM and project databases
  • Providing input, evaluation and execution of annual marketing plan
  • Identifying and crafting compelling industry award submissions
  • Planning and executing internal and external special events
  • Coordinating professional project photography
  • Performing additional duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing, communication or a business-related field, five or more years of experience and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment, a sharp eye for detail and capability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously are essential. A/E/C industry experience preferred.

Skills critical to success in this role include:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task with changing priorities
