Description We are seeking an organized and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing and communication strategies for our properties and company brand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of creating successful, lead-generating campaigns across various digital and traditional channels. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans that align with business objectives, drive lead generation, and enhance brand presence in the marketplace. Content and Collateral Creation: Lead the design and development of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, property signage, virtual tours, photography, and video content, working with an external marketing agency. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital channels, including website management (content, design, SEO, and analytics), email campaigns, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), working with an external marketing agency. Paid Search: Plan and manage targeted advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, print, outdoor) from concept to execution, tracking performance and optimizing for ROI, working with an external marketing agency. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct consistent market research, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and use data-driven insights to inform strategies and identify new opportunities. Collaboration & Leadership: Partner closely with the sales, leasing, and senior leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and support business development efforts. This role also involves managing external agencies/vendors. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, grand openings, and property showcases to increase visibility and generate leads. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a directly related marketing role, with experience in the real estate or property management industry strongly preferred.
