We are passionate about providing delicious food and exceptional dining experiences to our customers. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Tristar Foods is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing demands of the restaurant industry. This role is predominantly remote, with 1 collaborative team day in London per week with ad hoc but fairly regular travel to restaurants as needed, dependent on the marketing calendar.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team where you will play a vital part in implementing our marketing strategy. You will work closely with internal teams and various partners to drive the success of our campaigns, promotions and overall brand presence on a national and local level. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct market research to identify and create offers and promotions that will help brand presence.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of Marketing software and tools such as design (Canva and Photoshop), CRM platforms, social media scheduling tools.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for implementing brand strategy and have ownership of full marketing function. Key responsibilities are outlined below:

  • Brand - Ensure consistent branding across all assets and platforms and create new strategy to increase brand awareness.
  • Campaigns - Planning and execution of marketing calendar. Development and execution of brand wide seasonal campaigns. Oversee design work, promote through various channels, track success.
  • Offers and Promotions - responsible for creating and implementing sales driving promotions.
  • Digital - Manage digital network and strategy; including CRM, social media platforms, website and any developing platforms.
  • Partnerships and Outreach - establish and maintain relationships with external partners to support marketing initiatives and increase brand visibility.
  • Local Marketing - support the Marketing Executive and local teams to ensure community engagement and local marketing opportunities and fulfilled.
  • Events/PR - When necessary plan and execute events and engage with PR agency to drive awareness initiatives.
  • Team Communication - Work closely with other functions such as Operations and manage a enthusiastic and confident Marketing Executive to ensure success.
