Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, team leadership, and brand development. You’ll be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement across B2B and B2C channels, strengthen digital presence, and position the company as a market leader in technical footwear innovation.
This is a key leadership role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced SME environment where your ideas and input make a genuine impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy & Leadership – Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives, managing budgets, setting KPIs, and reporting performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team, ensuring efficient campaign execution and continuous professional growth.
  • Brand Development – Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and tone of voice across all channels, ensuring alignment across UK and international markets.
  • Campaign Delivery – Oversee multi-channel campaigns including social media, SEO, PPC, influencer partnerships, trade press, and email marketing to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Digital & Website Management – Ensure the website (WordPress) is optimised, up to date, and reflects the brand’s innovations, values, and product offering.
  • Content Oversight – Manage high-quality content creation including video, photography, and written content for both product and thought leadership.
  • Event & PR Coordination – Represent the brand at trade events, exhibitions, and press opportunities, managing pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Market Insight & Analysis – Track performance data, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
